- I’m an aspiring triathlete. I completed my first sprint triathlon in 2006 and now I am focused on meeting my goal to finish a half ironman before I turn 30. I’m looking forward to overcoming the mental and physical challenge of training for an endurance event. This blog chronicles the steps that I take towards reaching my goal. I'm happily married to my best friend (we’ve gone to school together since kindergarten) and together adopted one neurotic German shepherd named Rudy.
