General Contractor

Today I went through the house with our general contractor. Financing is an issue because we need to get a loan for all the repairs. We need to plan out each phase of the repairs, the time line to complete each and the cost.

To do list:

• Heating
• Hot Water
• Kitchen
• Yard Work
• Roof
• Insulation

Day One

The bank finally signed the Purchase and Sales contract, so now the race is on to line up financing and plan all the repairs.
